Request for a correct 2.3 version from Gpad Company

Hi pandawill,

Can you ask to the Gpad Company, if they're going to release the 2.3 version of "HT_PAD1051_V2.4U1GuCoTu_Release.tar.bz2" with the following features?:

• Correct screen orientation and rotation (actually doesn't work).
• Support for orientation sensor (actually the sensor doesn't work).
• Support for Wifi and DHCP (actually wifi doen't work anyway). They should review the connection speed, which in previous versions was too slow.
• Deep sleep must be corrected (and don't use reset hole anymore).

If it helps, I suppose this problems come beacause the drivers aren't compatible for my model. They should change the drivers on the rom, adapting to each model (Gpad company engineers are the unique who know what drivers works on each model of Gpad).

It's sad to see my Gpad (bought on July this year, 8 GB, Wifi, second batch with logo on the back), not working, or working with an unnoficial rom (and still problems with wifi, market, and deep sleep).

I've seen on pandawill page, that Gpad Gforce 2 with 2.3 has been released [http://www.pandawill.com/es/gpad-gfo...er-p54164.html] (and what about the previous customers of Gpad 1?, we only need a full, correct and functional 2.3 rom from Gpad company).

I remember that several users of Gpad with 3G, hasn't a full, correct and functional rom yet.

I think that 6 month aren't so much to become obsolete this tablet, don't?

Well, the problem, Roberto, is that they are not going to do anything.

In fact, the Gpad Gforce 2 doesn't have a proper 2.3 rom yet!.
