Sorry for the delayed response to the eken m009f and m013f. I sent the feedback of your complaint to our boss and purchasing staff. They contacted with the supplier for several times these days. But no any result so far. We failed to reach the agreement with the supplier that they offered us the m009f and m013f with better battery. So since today, we made the decision to stop selling the Eken m009f and m013f unless they begin to sell these two tablets with better battery. Sorry for all the hassle brought to you guys.
