Ok! Thanks, I hope this is a firmware bug. I have also noticed one firmware bug in WI-FI sleeping mode settings I choose never sleep, but when the screen in my tablet turns off and it goes to a sleeping mode, Wi-FI also goes to a sleeping mode and wi-fi module shuts down, I hope there will be no such bug in 2.3 firmware.
I have flashed my tablet with 2.3.4 firmware:
Good:
- sound in earphones became much louder
- in 2.2 screen turned for three sides, now it turns to all four sides
- in sleeping mode wi-fi module shuts down in 2.2, even when I selected in WI-FI settings to sleep never, in 2.3 this problem is solved.
Bad:
- not all the apps from Android market want to install, market says that my device is not supported. In 2.2 firmware everything was ok
- problem with lock/unlock (when the tablet is in sleeping mode and I press a power button to unlock it, it unlocks not after i press a button once, sometimes after two or three times, the same situation is when I,m trying to lock it manually). In 2.2 firmware everything was ok.
- built in youtube and GoogleTalk doesn't work, crash after startup and there is no opportunity to delete it, the root rights are needed
Critical:
- the battery is getting low much quicker than in 2.2, very much quicker, 7-8 hours in standby without any games, video, music, bluetooth and WI-FI
- when device shuts down because the battery is empty and I put it to charge, system time shows not real time and the date resets to 01.01.2010, it strays when I turn it on, in 2.2 it was ok.
I'll continue to test it and will post here another bugs if they will be.

synergy84, thank you so such. Your sharing helps a lot.
I have decided to write a manual how to flash Dropad A8HD with 2.3.4 firmware (its how I flashed it):
Attention: Please read my post #15 about the bugs in 2.3 firmware before flashing.
You have to understand that you'll flash the device at your own risk and it could be out of order after flashing.
1. Charge your tablet to a full charge
2. Download firmware, links are in post #11
3. Unzip A8HD2.3.4-_1.0rc4.7z archive
4. Turn off the tablet
5. Connect the USB cable
6. Press power and - (minus) volume buttons simultaneously, device will turn into boot mode
7. Install the drivers from A8HD_drv_tools/driver folder
8. Create a new folder and copy all the files from A8HD_drv_tools/tools and A8HD_fw_2.3.4- 1.0rc4/um2703-Gingerbread-1.0rc4 into your new created folder
9. Start the update-GB-1.0rc4.bat file, you'll see the flashing procedure, your screen will change colors during flashing procedure. WARNING: don not close the flashing procedure window in any case until the procedure finish, when it's ok, your tablet will reboot
10. Done, check the Android version it your tablet

thank you very much, synergy84. You are the best^^
Please clarify the following instructions:
3. Unzip A8HD2.3.4-_1.0rc4.7z archive
(where and to what do I unzip it?)
5. Connect the USB cable
(to what from what?)
7. Install the drivers from A8HD_drv_tools/driver folder
(using what method, are there on screen prompts?)
8. Create a new folder and copy all the files from A8HD_drv_tools/tools and A8HD_fw_2.3.4- 1.0rc4/um2703-Gingerbread-1.0rc4 into your new created folder
(where do i create the new folder?)
9. Start the update-GB-1.0rc4.bat file, you'll see the flashing procedure, your screen will change colors during flashing procedure. WARNING: don not close the flashing procedure window in any case until the procedure finish, when it's ok, your tablet will reboot
(is this an onscreen option, do i just run it from the file manager?)
I do not advise to flash the firmware 2.3.4 - it's RC, greatly increased power consumption, the work of USB OTG is not corrected, and you can not bring back the version 2.2
pandawill - can you help us to get 2.2 firmware?
