Package
The box a smartphone comes in is identical to original, apart from device itself, there is a charger (type A), USB cable, headphone and a screen protector. Unfortunately, user manual comes in Chinese, but luckily it is very easy to be downloaded from the internet in any required language.
Layout
This copy also equipped with the features and specs just like the original Galaxy Tab. Display
Display is 7 inch, with 1024 x 600px resolution, view angle is 150 degrees, touch screen and multi-touch no differs from the original tablet. There is an adjustable both automatically and manually screen light level. Also it has G-sensor function, which you can turn off any time.
Data input
Even though there is no Swype function (it is of course a downloadable application), virtual keyboard functions alright, or you could use handwritten input as well.
Hardware
This model's CPU differs from the original, instead of ARM Cortex-A8 with 1GHz frequency, Marvell 88SV331x, with 806GHz is used, which is slower, but which also makes this device so much cheaper.
The smartphone has GPS, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, and handsfree/bluetooth/headphone telephony. I would recommend you to buy Bluetooth for making phone calls.
Cellular protocols include GSM(850/900/1800/1900MHz) and WCDMA(2100MHz).
Battery
4000mAh built-in battery is enough for up to 3 days in stand-by mode, and for approximately 180-240 mins if you use it as a phone.
Software
As for software, the copy with its Android 2.3.5 is ahead of original Galaxy Tab which is still runs on Android 2.2.
Interface
Interface looks just like iPhone 3G ones, but that's the only similarities with an Apple invention.
You can download any application from Android Market (as long as you have enough memory). Also there are few useful apps that have been already installed for you, such as Adobe Flash Player 10.3, Gmail, FM radio, compass, couple of games (yes, it has Angry Birds), QQ and so on.
Memory
Flash memory is 32Gb. The device itself has 256Mb RAM and 512Mb ROM. Lack of USB port is compensated by the cable, if you want to transfer data to/fro the device, just plug cable into your computer.
Camera
The tablet has two cameras: a 2.0Mpx rear camera with a LED flash and a 0.3Mpx front camera.
Frankly speaking it is not very suitable for video recording due to its poor quality (only 640x480px), moreover it has no video-call function.
Don't forget to insert microSD before making photo or video.
Multimedia
Video quality could be better, so probably you wouldn't want to use this smartphone as a video-player. However it can be a good music-player, and it supports all kinds of audio formats (MP3/WMA/WAV/APE/AAC/FLAC/OGG).
