problam with a GPS device

I bought the gps from your site.
The problam is when i turn off the device, i cant turn it back on, the gps wont respond.
And it's working only if i press the reset button.

The device is flaw or i dont know how to use it?

It is a little weird. Suggest you to hold and press the power key for a longer time when turn it on.

I all ready tried it before..
I guess that the device is broken and need to be replaced.

Sorry to hear that. Would you like to have a try to rom it with the firmware? We haven't got it now, but the supplier replied he will ask the factory for it.
