help please I'm running firmware 1.8.2 whenever i try to update the firmware it just freezes i even tried reseting it try to update it but the same thing happens i think it has something to with the animation can't pandawill give some sort of app that will allow to act as root ? thanks in advance

I use the 1.9.88 firmware on panda pad (rooted) you can download it from slatedroid (flytouch unit need choose)

no guys that not the problem i can't change the build firmware every time i try to install one it freezes so i can't change to any firmware

guess so, but that means im stuck with firmware until someone on here or slatedroid figures out a way for me to update which means i can't update to firmware 1.9.88. ahh its better then having 1.7.2 :loveliness:

what device do you have Matt, an Eken or apad ? and what version. the reason for my question is because some of the device like the apa have a tiny hole on the side that is a "soft reset" button. you can use a pin or paper clip to reset the device. (you have to be slow and you will year a click when you push gently) it might be located on the side or bottom. but be careful not to mistake iti for the mic if your device have a mic.

You must flash 1.7.1 first and when try 1.9.88
