GIMP is great. Very easy to operate.

Gimp and adobe photoshop are best photo editing softwares, Gimp is totally free just download it and use, on other hand adobe photoshop just buy online, you don't need the box and CD, don't waste money on this. You only need to register the products with adobe, any update is all automatic. Both are best option for photo editing. But GImp is fimiliar to adobe in all functions, Very easy to operate.
