    Paypal maintainance

    Just got the notification from the Paypal. It is said that The Paypal will shut down for maintenance on Friday Aug 19th (Beijing Time). The maintenance will last for 30 minutes. During the half hour, you will not be able to log in the Paypal and pay online.

    Our Web site will on service, you can get the items on your chart, while the Paypal done it's maintenance, then you can pay for it. I am sorry for the inconvenience for you.

    It would be nice if the moderators can ban the people who make spam (with 2 warnings from moderators, apply a temporary ban).

    The obvious spam does not require any warning. Just an outright ban is all they deserve.

    For the malicious spam, we will not warn them. We will ban their IP address.
