How about rewarding moderators with coupon codes to keeps them motivated and as well dedicated to their tasks !

Coupon codes or free gifts are possible but not sure now. I will discuss with our boss and moderators about this issue. But personally, i would rather moderators treat it like a fun but not a work for some payment. If no coupon codes or gifts, they also would like to stay here and help people to solve problems.

I asked to be moderator, because I like to help people here, not for to get coupons or gifts. And I regard it as a work. Of course I'd be happy if I get some coupons, but in general, I'm here to have fun and get experience ^^
