exFAT, ext2, ext3, ext4 support for external drives

I'm not able to mount External USB flash drive (or HDD) with exFAT file system. Same with linux ext3 and ext4 file systems. Even with installed Paragon NTFS & HFS+ software there is still error when connecting exFAT ! The device also broked down the exFAT file system and after trying to connect I need to reformat the drive, it becomes unreadable on my laptop. With NTFS there is no problem, but I want to use exFAT for my 128 gb external flash drive, because of the speed ( the drive is relatively slow and exFAT is a bit better ). For external hard drives I'm using NTFS without any issue. If anyone can help with this issue...

P.S. -> and UDF will be good...
