Did you downloaded original firmware.
It seems that the battery drains very fast....
Maybe send it back to pandawill so they can solve your isseu
you already tried reflash it with the firmwares on the forum?
Yeah. I tried m002 firmware from pandawill and ekengroup. and not even one are loading =( it just fall to black screen after update. At first moment I think it is bricked, but I just only need to update it with another firmware. Most of eken 001 firmware arent work and falls to black screen. Is it a real Eken 002 at all?? What can you advice for me?
if you sure you update it absolutely follow the steps I think you may need to send it to repair. because it can reload after crash, so I dont think it is the problem of battery.

so I found the problem- overheating. after some time ( for now it is 3-5 minutes=() it goes realy hot at back near the center.
and what is solution would be?
and I also think that is not originally eken 002 =(. so, what must I do?

Hi Sato92, all eken from pandawill is original, but even more reputable company would unavoidably make shit products. Please contact with our CS for repair.
There is another problem. My m002 crashing from internet browser, after 3 -4 pages. I use different browsers different firmwares, and there is no any changes=(
