Problem with Cx-01 Order Nº 100372881

Dear Customer Service Team,

Hi, I received my order but i'm having a problem with one of the cx-01, it's not working at all, just no LED turning on and no HDMI signal, the other two are working well.
The same for 1 of the airmouse, i tried replacing batteries, i tried it on a pc , on a working stick, but there's no way.

So I can use 2 of 3 combos, can you give me a refund for this, or send me another plz?
