You will have to ask CS about that. I've sent my Cube for repairs with all accessories, charger included. But maybe they will let you send it without charger.
I have the same problem. someone that has no solution. tested all roms. is quite useless without wifi.
How do I perform a factory reset?
There is an option to do factory reset in Settings. But if you've already tried different ROMs, then I highly doubt it would help. Before sending it back, be sure to try 1.05H ROM, because it contains fixes for WiFi, which may cover your problem.Originally Posted by freddan

Mine came today after 2 months. Everithing works fine but never wifi gets the mode on. Bluetooth works but ill try to send a video from my phone i gives error, with pictures work fine. What can i do? thanks in advance.
I had the problem on one unit, not another that I brought. I tried a lot of things before I found a fix, nothing I read here so far worked.
I downloaded the latest Kasty cube 1.07 and installed doing the restore
On first powering up the WiFi works intially, you need to do this action before allowing it to sleep.
Go to settings, WiFi, Advanced
Change Allow WiFi to Sleep to Never
Tested and works, it also fixed a problem on a friends unit, where the WiFi was really slow.
If other people have success or not, please let me know, but I struggled for weeks to find this solution, now I am happy.

I have the same problem. This happen after flash latest original CUBE firmware. May tablet OEM.
Hi, I have the same problem with my Cube. But the Bluetooth connection is OK. Do you know if is possible to use the Bluetooth to have Internet on Cube tablet?
