If you purchase this one be aware that it may come not exactly E1750 model ! I purchased it and received E1756C and I wasn't able to make it work a long time. Thanks to Mav2k12 there is a solution in the "Huawei E1750 modem" topic.
what is the difference between the two: E1750 vs E1756C; and which do you recommend for the PD10?
thanks

This is just the "official" list because they can't possibly add all Huawei 3G dongle models to /system/etc/ril/ril.xml. I think all Huawei 3G dongles can be supported by disabling the dongle sdcard/cdrom and then editing the ril.xml file.
As to which one, it depends on which GSM band is widely used in your country/ by your chosen carrier - select the one that works on all the GSM bands used by your carrier.
bunanson: Actually I haven't used E1750, I purchased E1750 but it came E1756C. At first it was working only on my laptop but now I made it work and on PD20 tablet. On the devise is written E1750 bun in the windonws software I saw:
So obviously the model is E1756C, now working very good and stable with different mobile networks here in Bulgaria.
Have a look at this
The first step to disable sdcard/cdrom of the dongle is described in the previous posts of the same thread.
