Problems with Typhoon S12

Hello Pandawill, I just received my tablet, but it has several problems!. May you help me to troubleshoot them?

1- Unit shuts down suddenly, though the battery level shows 45%.

2- Play Store is malfunctioning For example, official Twitter app, and all official free Angry Bird games are not displayed when I make a common search. Also, when browsing in my account these apps previously installed in another devices and then selecting them, Google says those items aren't compatible with the device.

3- Zoom in any webpage selecting a rectangle with two fingers and then zooming it doesn't works.

Firmware is from May 09, I guess it is the newer official firmware, isn't it?
