    Cube U30GT Dead Battery

    I replaced the faulty charger with a new one and the U30GT works great, as a 10" desktop pc! Unplug it and it dies instantly. 2 days of charging and the batteries are still dead. The customer service says "make a video for us" what the fuck? How do I make a video of a faulty electronic component? Am I supposed to go buy another name brand tablet to make a video of me unplugging it? If this is how panda is to it's customers no one should ever trust these thieves with money. I tell them it's broke and they should send me a replacement unit immediately with a r.m.a. label to return the defective one, after receiving the replacement. That's how all Trust worthy companies conduct business. Their saying I am a liar and they cannot believe me unless I make a video and it convinces them.

    My new Cube U30GT dead and went to Black screen , after 4 hours in first use .
    before this problem had 50% charge and after black screen i charged that several times but didn't turn on ,only when i press power button camera flash light increase and after 10 seconds turn off .
    local service tell me any way for flashing did'n respond and maybe this is main board damage or other hardware fault that required Company warranty or Electronic Parts .
    please help me for finding solution , i need my tablet and not able to buy new tablet .

    If you had confirmed the charger was working, it was the problem of battery or main board damage, please contact our CS team for replacement. It is a stupid idea to ask a video from you. Really sorry for that. Please link this page in your email to CS team.

    They have been contacted several times and continue to ignore all requests for replacement. The facts are this 1. Pandawill advertised a Cube U30GT branded tablet. I received an unbranded knock off. Cube uses torque screws not phillips. Scophone did the same thing, iphone used torque screws they used phillips. Cube is what you advertised when I gave you my money. After weeks of having received my payment in full you switched the website listing and pictures to an oem "version" of cube. This constitutes fraud. I have filled a claim against you, Pandawill, with PayPal and you continue to ignore paypal! I escalated this claim and will receive a refund. The other facts, 2. Faulty charger, 3. Several spots where the backlight bleeds through the IPS panel, 4. Batteries that are faulty and will not charge, 5. Poor wifi due to a ceramic antenna, are all secondary issues. If the tablet had arrived in perfect working order I could have overlooked your "bait and switch" tactics. I do not believe liars and you are liars. You advertise one thing and do another. You advertise customer care and a warranty and then ignore all attempts at communication. You advertised a Cube U30GT and sent something else. This forum has enough in it to prove my claim against Pandawill. That's the only thing you did right for me!

    Sorry to hear that. I am sorry to make you disappointed. We did something wrong but corrected and made it clear later in the forum as you mentioned. I want to remind the other customers here. If you came across any problems during the communications with pandawill CS staff team, you can turn to the forum for help. I will try to urge our CS staff to do it right. Sorry for all the trouble again.

    I had the same problem like @vzunknown !!!!

    I received my OEM CubeU30GT (2nd Batch) tablet Monday 6 of August. (ID:100157747)
    After first use, and recharging it next day Tuesday 7 of August ... it didn´t start again. Customer Service asked me for 2 videos. I did. I sent to them some messagges saying this tablet is DEFECTIVE, and a bad trade. I payed 218.99 $ USD for it, I waited 45 days for re-stock. And didn´t pass Quality Control to test if can re-charge.


    The CS didn´t tell me much. Only send back to us. I can´t send back for 30 $ USD to China from Spain (Cheapest cost)
    The tablet is a total mess. A expensive paperweight.

    Pandawill, please consider customers.
    I want a TOTAL refund or a new CubeU30GT that is not DEFECTIVE. I don´t care if OEM or Cube. Only that works.
