Problems, with tablet EKEN
hi, today I get my tablet (my first purchase in PandaWill)

The problem is when I turn on , in the tablet only appears the android logo, and never turn on completely ( the tablet it frozen in android logo)
what should i do?

Sorry for late response. Firstly try to reset to factory defaults: hold vol- or vol+ button and press Power on button.
If nothing then you need to reinstall firmware:

How to install:
1) Format microSD card to FAT32 (on PC)
2) Extract archive "as is" on the microSD card
3) Plugin charger to tablet
4) Insert microSD into tablet
5) Turn on tablet then update process will start automatically.
6) Wait for ending then extract card from tablet and reboot tablet.
