[Update] Sorry, the Second Batch of U30GT Delayed to July 28th

Hello order 100367032. The buttons volume dont work.And no voice, then press volume works only (button -)i try more times...After muted.Only reset help, return back the volume
Try volume + and power , for upgrade firmware - didnt work.
Such a small screwdriver, I do not have.
I was very disappointed. What do I do now. I can not even flash my device. And i can not normal use it.
Seems like it was bad idea...to buy china...

You can send your tablet back for repair (it will cost you and take at least 1-1.5 months for your tablet to get back). You can try to see, if internal buttons are misaligned with external ones. You must use precise phillips screwdriver (should be easy to get in any tool shop or electronic shop) and disassemble the case. Then see if your buttons are only misaligned or they are not soldered properly. In my opinion Cube uses wrong buttons for this kind of flat design. They should be soldered to the motherboard with all 4 pins, instead Cube only solders 2 pins on one side and glues other side. If it's glued badly, then buttons may bend or even break out of motherboard.

Precise (very small) Phillips screwdriver, same kind they use for mobile phones. Or to make it simpler - one that will fit the screw

NO it is T3. Not a phillips.But ty.

My unit from first batch and earlier Cube's units have Phillips screws, just like it's shown on pictures in that thread:

If your unit has Torx screws then Cube has changed it since first OEM batch. Nevertheless, buy one that fits your tablet.

EDIT:
It appears that second batch from Cube have in fact Torx screws instead Phillips ones. Good to know

Yes. The second batch have T3. Today i find t3.Small town,hard to buy T3(from t5 everwhere). Sorry CoreyPL it is T4. From set crewdrivers.
