1.Please set up UPNP in both ip camera and router, however, UPNP is not a standard worldwide, and not all the device support UPNP, so if the UPNP does not succeed , pleaase do port forwarding manually in router.

2.Pleae set up DDNS and login in the camera.

If your label on the camera's DDNS label does not contain port.
