I have some problem with this tablet pc/ firmware

I have trouble with my tablet. When I received it, it does not power on. After few hours of charging it isn't power on. I am trying flash it, but when i connect to my PC, the Rockchip Batch Tool had dark blue square, not green and when i press button "update" i have message in log: Prepare IDB fail. How can i repair it?

I'm trying to update this tablet. But I have a problem. First, in the tutorial it says that I have to press power and vol + and then connecting to the USB. This don't work. But if I press vol - and then I connect the USB cable, I hear the windows noise and then I can install the drivers. But the problem is that after installing the drivers, the update tool doesn't recognize the tablet.
Anyone can give me a solution?
