Some questions about pandawill

Hi. I want to ask some questions.
First: I bought 2 Tablets separately and in the shipping option i put singapore post, only for 2.5 dolars. The package will be in my country (chile) in less than 2 weeks?
Second: With the same orders. I pay for them but in the order status appears pending payment. I pay for these orders and i have the email with the comprovation.
Third: I heard that chinese tablets dont have playstore and if have it, is in chinese. And also i heard that the icons are in chinese, doesn´t matter if you change the lenguage. Is true? and if is true, how i can fix it?

Not true.
Google OS came with more languages than you know. Just go setting and change to any language you desire. Pandawill will answer the other questions.
