I like you are highly concerned at the lack of customer communications from pandawill, I know that they have to deal daily with a vast amount of customer inquires on a large range of products , but as a business man my self , one thing ive learned over the years , is to keep your valuable customers informed. So putting a few words here just to let their waiting customers know the current order situation would be highly recommended .
