I've sent an e-mail to Customer Service requesting RMA number 3 full days ago and still no response. I've described my issue as well as I could, I've given link to YouTube video showing my problem, wrote about other things I've tried to resolve this. I think I've done everything that CS usually ask for before them actually asking me and I'm 100% sure that this is hardware failure, especially because I've already seen that many times on LCD screens and this kind of problem cannot be resolved in any other manner but replacing the screen. So my case should be pretty easy to deal with - I just need RMA number and address information to send my tablet back for repairs.

Are you able to check if anyone had received my email? I really would like to not waste anymore time with faulty device. I've used the same email address as for forum registration.
I would be grateful if you can do anything to speed things up.
