I've ordered JXD S7100. there is a battery problem on it. Its discharged in 20min even I don't use it. I try to charge with power adapter also USB cable but it didn't work.
I've talked with customer services they gave me an address to return. but today I've talked again to ask is there any time restriction for send back. customer service gave an address again but this time there was extra info for receiver
