How use or UNLOCK 1.5Ghz in AMPE A90???

First of all, I love the tablet, and is working correctly...

BUT, in external box, the product box, have: 1.5Ghz...
and the tablet only operate in 1.0Ghz... Why???

If the tablet have 1.5Ghz, why this is locked?
I run benchs, games, and nothing do the processor run more than 1Ghz...

Why?
I need root the tablet and use SetCPU for this???

Yes, of course. The AllWinner a10 chip can work at 1.5 ghz but in this case it needs powerful cooler (like in desktop PC) and metallic radiator to prevent overheating. Tablets have passive cooling system (no cooler and no radiator). So, 1 ghz is optimal frequency for stable work.

Ex Inferis CPU will die after 1.2 ghz without cooling... I am NOT recommend to do this.

Just downloaded the SetCPU, and it worked.

I put values ​​1152Ghz MAX and 300Mhz MIN - On Demand
I got out from 1510 to 1635 in "Quadrant Standard"

I still like to test at least 1.2Ghz Min 300Mhz... on demand
