Hello. Yesterday I was taken a tablet, but it does not start. I put it on charge (approximately 16-18 hours), but to no avail. What do I do? Maybe there are some ways to run it? Or do i need to send back?

Could you find another similar charger to work with it? Sometimes, it is the charger problem.

Hy!
After I received the machine (Cube U30GT) I got to know it, and it's menus, buttons, and later I turned it off. Some time later, when I wanted to turn on, nothing happened!
I had put on charger and it automatically turned on and indicated that the battery is at 1%. When its 99% and I take out the power plug or even touch it a tiny little bit, it turns off. When I repeat it, and I start it up again, its back to 1%.
Is there any solution outside the warranty replacement?

EDIT: I chated with the CS and tablet's haven't been sent. They only sent some other products that I bought. I have to wait more.

I received one of the tablets! It's very fast and responsive and the screen is great. Also, in the box it says that the battery is 8000mAH and not 6000mAH like in the website.

I can't believe this! I asked the CS to check for dead pixels, but I was using the tablet and when the background was black, I noticed many green dots! Tell me what can I do willPanda. This is the second time that this happens to me (and the third time that I have problems with a tablet from this site) and sending the tablet back to China is very expensive! I think that Pandawill need to take care of the shipping expenses.
