i already get this item , but while charging , the charger get explode,luckily the tablet is still fine
the charger case is explode ,electronics board is burning
can i send the burning charger for change the new perfect one , pls. tell me what the address for the parcel i ll sent to?

This model can charging by otg port while connect to PC?
Charging icon was shown when connect the plug to PC USB port but never over 7 percent at last
Time ,ant 3 percent for now and never higher than this, battery use record is shown on attached file
How to solve the problem ,
Does It s device's defect ?
The charger was exploded,?
Where do we go now? can i change a new one

npnares You can charge tablet via miniUSB port until you get new charger. I've used charger for mobile phones (5v, 0.5A) or connect tablet to PC. It will take more time for charging.
