Shipment to Bulgaria?

Hi,

I'm from Bulgaria and I'd like to order a tablet from pandaWill that costs $169.
In order to avoid any kind of customs taxes the cost of the package should be declared to be less than 45 Еuro and if possible to be sent from a person name, not from PandaWill. Let say to declare that you sent me a Digital Photo frame that costs $49 and it is sent by Lee Wong for example. It is also needed to provide me with some kind of invoice that I can print out and present to the customs if needed.
Could you do that?
If yes, how should we arrange it?
If no, what are the options?
