SmartQ Ten3 T15 updated bios?

On 21 may 2012,i recieved an e-mail from Pandawill CS That my Tablet is fix and ready to shipped back to me
and to confirmed my shipping address.I waited about 2 weeks and nothing heard from them and so i decided to e-mail
them for answers.
On 5 jun this is their reply

Dear

We apologize for all the troubles it caused .While the device could not be posted back as scheduled , due to the device stops work in 2 days after the factory gave it back which is really upset . We contacted the factory and informed them of this seriously , asked them to make sure the repaire is completely so that the device can work 100% without further problems, and you will not have troubles with it any more .

We Hope 2 more weeks can be allowed for the factory to get the device fixed completely . We believe the factory will do the job better within a proper time frame instead of in a rush time .

Your understanding is much appreciated .

So i am a little upset because they never updated me about the delay.
Second time recieved another e-mail from lily pandawill cs on 18 jun saying my Tablet is fixed and ready to shipped back
to me.

Guess what ,again i waited up until now ,nothing from them and i already e-mail them back but still no reply.
I am really very very upset and tired of waitting for so long and losing trust with PandaWill.So what is the status of my Tablet?

recieved my tablet today by mail.it seem they send back my tablet without e-mailing me first.
So all is ok.
