    SmartQ Ten3 T15 updated bios?

    Just want to know whether the SmartQ Ten3 T15 that i ordered on 24\4\12 have an updated bios.
    My order #100132087.I dont want to go thru what SDeath went thru.There is no point when you cannot upgrade firmware
    because of Bios is not updated.Plse clarify?
    Already paid for my purchased.

    According to your order time, the tablet you will get is the updated one called Version 3 (V3). SmartQ company has updated the Bios. There won't have the bug of dead or insensitive touch screen.

    Thank you for the confirmation.Glad to know mine has the updated bios with version 3 (3).
    Tdy i just realised that i'm paying more for my tablet than what is advertised?

    Subtotal S$381.51
    Shipping & Handling S$6.37
    Grand Total S$387.88
    Grand Total to be Charged ($294.83)

    $294.83 is about s$365.8 and not s381.51.You are charging me extra $15 more.
    Is this tablet priced $269.99 or $289.99?Even if i paid for the later,i still think i'm being overcharged?
    $269.99 is about s$334.9 and $289.99 is about s$359.7?I'm paying S$381.51?
    Something is not right with your currency converter,i think?

    Please contact our CS team to check. As far as i know, our staff made the price adjustment in the middle and it will charge extra if you paid by moneybooker.

    I received mine on 3 may 2012.Came with v.4.0.1(v1) and not (V3).Since you said i have an updated Bios and wont have bug of insensitive touch screen,i went ahead and updated to V.4.0.3 (v3).I used it for 5 days and nothing happened.
    On 8 may it started to flicker on the screen,have the dead bug or insensitinve touch screen at certain area and lastly, it is clicking by itself so wildly which i have no control of.
    I tried to flashed back to (V1) but got stuck on the SmartQ logo and it wont boot to the main screen.To cut the story short,i manage to recover back to (v1) after so many tries.
    Now as a first time customer,i am very upset about the product that i purchased was faulty and not the updated (v3)as mention with buggy touchscreen.
    Now the flicker is gone but still have dead zone or insensitive touch screen.A Very unsatisfied customer.I was hoping to buy another one but now i changed my mind.
    My Tablet S/N:H201001008126, so much for the "updated one"

    Update:After about 3hours ,the problem came back on my tablet v(1).There are the dead bug and the insensitive touch screen.The tablet icon started to clicking by itself.
    Just less than one week,my Tablet is unuseable.\gone!!
    I believe mine still have a warrenty,so what are the option?
    Do i send back to repair?If so how is it done?
    or do i get a new tablet?

    Really sorry to hear that. I will tell our purchasing staff your issue, who can check with SmartQ company why it still happened.
    I told our CS leader your situation. She will take care of your issue.

    Thank you for addressing my problem.
    I have already recieved e-mail from CS with a returning address and a RMA#.
    Only thing they never clearly explained whether I'm sending it back for repair or are they going to give me
    a replacement tablet.Can you please find out from them?
    My tablet broke down less than 1 week apon recieved and i think i should get a replacement.thks again.

    What is the status of my Tablet.Have the reciever recieved it?
    Last time i checked it already recieved on the 15 may to the stated address.
    Already e-mail your CS but no reply?
    When will i get it back?Any update?

    We have received your tablet and already sent it to SmartQ company. It will take couples of weeks to get it back from SmartQ.
