Still stuck with my country's customs to find a way to send the item back to Pandawill without the need of paying for taxes

BTW, there is also a person out there who has the same problem with mine. I'm wondering if there are more people with same situation too?

Hi ngbviet, some customers ask us write in bill that it is repaired product or gift to avoid customs tax. Maybe you can do like that to send defective products to us.By the way, if you received the defective products, pls contact our CS on live chat for a RMA number with this number both of us we can follow your returned product.

Hello Pandawill, can you explain for me what is that bill please? And where can I get it with Pandawill note that my item is repaired product or gift to avoid customs tax?

airway bill and invoice .
If you send defective product back to us, you declare in bill " it is sent back for warranty repair".If you place order and want that we help you to avoid customs tax, you can write in comment "declare it as gift and small value"

so it appears that it needs the usb cable connected to PC for first time to run. Now it is fine and I start to explore it
