Thread: Support Forum?

    Support Forum?

Was this removed? I can't seem to find it.

Anyways, I need support and it seems like nothing is getting done, so I'm going to post here.

I placed an order (#100080459) on January 16th for a tablet, which was $147. Months later, after being unable to get ahold of anyone to get the status of this order, I finally hear that it's not coming to PandaWill after all, and I can either get another tablet or get a refund. Fine, I think, no loss, I'll just take the refund. In order to do that, I was told to create a PayPal account. I really didn't want to do that, since I don't like PayPal, but I did it anyways. This took a few days because they have to deposit an amount into your checking account to verify it's yours. After that, I got ahold of you again to tell you I was all set. This time, I'm told you can't do PayPal after all, and you have to use Moneybookers to refund the money, and it will take a few days. So I've already been inconvenienced quite a bit. Whatever it takes to get my $147 back I guess. A few days later I come back to get ahold of someone on Live Chat. I ask what's going on, and get the same thing, someone telling me it will be another few days. This was weeks ago. Clearly the money isn't coming any time soon.

What do I have to do to actually get my money back, and not just have someone tell me it's coming, when it really isn't?

To make things worse, now the order doesn't even show up in my account.

Sorry for all the hassle. I asked our staff. She said you need to offer a Moneybooker account, as your mentioned above.
    The explanation as follows:
    1)
    567214057 13 Jan 12 10:39 Receive Money from jeff@pssdbt.com 1121.45 processed 156213.99 ID 100080459 Refund
i need to process the full refund to buyer, but it shows:
    ERROR

"Refund could only be processed back to the recipient's Skrill (Moneybookers) account. We were unable to refund back to the original credit/debit card since it was already expired.
In regards to the first transaction from jeff@pssdbt.com, the customer`s credit card has already expired, that`s why it`s not possible to issue a refund. If you are in contact with the customer you can ask him whether the card has been re-issued with the same number and what`s the new expiry date. That way we can manually instruct a refund."

Yes that card did expire between the order and now. Who do I contact with the new card details? The number changed as well.

Tried that and got no reply... any ideas? Anyone else I can e-mail maybe? I would prefer to update information through https or by phone, if possible... going on 5 months now, I really just want my $147 back, I'm really doubting it's going to happen and not sure what next steps I'm supposed to take. I've never had a company just take my money like that.

Sorry, it seems MB manager is still on vacation of Labor's Day. Could you wait for more days. When he/she comes back, you will get the reply. Sorry for all the trouble.

Would you say I've waited long enough? I still haven't heard from anyone. What should I do now? I want my $147 back... I'm still out the money and have nothing to show for it.

This was resolved and I did get my money back. In case anyone else stumbles upon this thread, Panda Will is a legit company, it just took me a while to get my money back because of the circumstances, and it's nobody's fault (if I had to point a finger, I guess it would be at Moneybookers).

    Thanks!
