Oh, Eken forgot to share instructions and drivers. The T01, T02, T10 are devices based on AllWinner A10 chip. So, these tablets are not updating via microSD, only from PC via miniUSB cable. You can wait for official instructions. If do not want to wait then you can try with general updating procedure (ON YOUR OWN RISK):
    1. Download and install LiveSuit app: http://www.mediafire.com/?xhv2j2ahghxgeqb
    2. Download USB drivers http://www.mediafire.com/?t4bg91dh9s2829b
    3. Download and unpack firmware archive from eken.com/support exactly for your tablet model. (filenames and folder names must be only in English symbols)
    4. Start LiveSuit (press No in dialog), with Box button select firmware file .img
    5. Press button with mechanism (near the box button)
    6. Hold Power button on tablet, connect miniUSB cable, then press Menu button 6 times. You will hear a sound from Windows (like new device found).
    7. Windows will ask for drivers. Go to folder with previous downloaded drivers.
    8. If all ok then drivers will be installed and updating process will start automatically. All information in tablet memory will be erased.

Hi why does the tablet apparently reset after a reboot? After re-updating with livesuit, the settings are reapplied correctly.

Hi, I'm having a serious problem with my Eken t02, the screen seems to be going crazy since the first start. When I try to type my wifi password for example the key "k" is being pressed and I cant do anything. This behavior seems to be getting worse as the battery drains.
So, I tried multiple times to fix this problem by upgrading to the latest firmware, but it didn't get fixed. What can I do?
Here is an example of the same problem, on a different tablet.

ps. I got the tablet from pandawill 2 weeks ago and it hasn't ever worked properly.
