Best Configuration in my Opinion for Novo 7 Paladin

Very pleased with my Novo 7 Paladin Knight.
Just a couple of comments:

Pros:
Battery life is spectacular
Price is the low
Ice Cream Sandwich is very nice.
Size is smaller than other 7" tablets making it easy to transport.

Cons:
Wifi range is weak
Lack of app compatibility
Rom could be better

My setup:
I have tried all versions released from Ainol as well as custom roms made over at tablet republic.
The biggest challenge is browsing the web starts to hang up after awhile and a re-boot is required.

Best Rom Build 4.0.3 20120215 (from Ainol website)
Install Clockwork Mod (update.zip)
Install Superuser 3.0.7 mips32rc-ics (to get root) (update.zip)
Install Dalvik turbro mips ice cream sandwich (use a root explorer and swap the libdvm.so file with the one you download)
Keep your tasks killed
Keep your cache cleared
Don't use widgets.

Seems like this is the best configuration.

Hope this helps all! By the way, I am looking for speed and reliability rather than app comparability.

So I upgraded to the from version 4.0.3 20120221 and it works even better.
