Found out this seems to be router dependent. I'd tried four different types of router, Thomsons, a FON router, a wifi-g netgear and a wifi-N netgear. All did the same thing, even when you're one...
Edit: re the above, is it possible the oem version, made in a different factory, has a different wifi module?

Any chance of a firmware update for the wifi bandwidth problem? They won't connect at more than 2mbit, which in practice means max download speed is 0.6 to 0.7mbit tops (and thus any video streaming...
Anyone else having problems with the wifi on these units? I can't get more than about 0.8mbit through any of them, and it drops to 0.2 at times so video streaming is basically impossible, and larger...
