I've paid for my JIAYU J4 in the middle of February, then you said that we have to wait 2 more mont or change our order. Okay, I'm agree. I've received my phone 1 week ago(so I've waited for 4 month for it.) Okay, I understand. I changed my order to THL W8, waited for it shippment for 1 week, paid more money, again waited, and yuu send it. Okay.<br />
BUT :mad::mad:<br />
It doesnt work!!!! 1st day everything was okay. I've downloaded a lot of games from Play Market, used it full battery, and placed it to charge. Next morning it started... Wi-fi stopped to work. Absolutely. Turned back factory settings aaand - and it stopped to loading.<br />
Then I've written to your veeery faaast live chat, waited 1 hour for free support agent, wrote my problem aaand... again troubles. Agent answered at each quastion after 10-15 minutes. After 5th quastion he(or she) says that she(or he) asked to write in few hours. And disconnected. TY, online support. I decided to go to nearest service center and showed them phone. They said that it has some problems with ROM (from factory) and they'l try to fix it, but they cant promise anything. After 4 days of working on it they said that it's hopeles, phone is defective and bricked.<br />
What I have to do???<br />

at first after i installed some apps including facebook and it started giving me errors every time i opend settings or the keyboard somthing like &quot;android........ stopped unexpectedly&quot; <br />
also with wifi turned on when ever i had a notification the screen would turn on with blank gray i had to press the power button once to turn it off and then again to turn it back on to see somthing and the battery would drain only from being idle for a day without me touching it. if i turn the wifi off it doesn't happen probably beacause there are no notifications.<br />
finally i managed to do a factory data reset and it fixed the errors problem but not the blank screen.<br />
now i restarted the tablet and it wont turn the wifi on.........<br />
i restarted the tablet again and it got stuck on the cube logo and i cant make it turn on.<br />
this is really frustrating i havn't enjoyed this tablet yet.<br />
please help.<br />

I have a problem with my THL W8 which came to me recently (Order#100535067). From time to time error about battery pops up on the screen. See screenshot. It happens periodically: sometimes when I use phone, sometimes when device lies on the table and nobody touches it. But most often it happens when phone connected with power cable. Error goes with very loud annoying beep sound and doesn’t stop until I press “Dismiss” Sometimes I have to wake up 2-3 times at the night to stop them.<br />
 My first thoughts were there something wrong with battery, I replaced it with another additional battery from the set but error still remains. I used and using only original cable from package.<br />

A week ago I decided to update firmware so downloaded it from official site. When I installed new firmware with Android 4.2.x Problem with “battery error disappear but I noticed that my phone is not charging anymore. Indicator shows me that device is charging but it’s not. Moreover its discharging now. I  also tried to change batteries, several times I tried to reinstall the firmware but the problem remains. I had to rollback old firmware with “battery” error. I surfed through all internet but didn’t find the solution. IMHO: seems like this is problem with some hardware part responsible for charging. I can not normally use my phone<br />
Should I ask you about replacement or refund or maybe you know some ways how to fix it? Because I really liked new  Android 4.2.x and it is very sad to me that I cannot use it or even use device with old firmware without error<br />

i just received my Order #100563381,with a 8160 Smart Phone Android 4.0 OS SC6820 however i have problems with the phone, i can not make it work with the 1900mhz frequency, i tried with 850mhz and it works fine, in addition the battery drains too fast, so i think this might be a firmware problem, maybe you have the drivers for the computer and firmware (ROM) for my phone ( 8160 Smart Phone Android 4.0 OS SC6820), plus instructions and i will give it a try.<br />

Good news: very quick delivery, less than 2 weeks (kudos to you and Singapore airmail)!!! Bad news: the name is the Paypal name I use (Denis Pyr) instead of the formal one: Dionysios Pyriochos (this is written on my id card) and the post office refuses to hand it over :(<br />

I am told I should ask Pandawill to notify Singapore airmail for the correction. I already sent an email to Pandawill customer service in order to change the name of RF144425939SG to &quot;Dionysios Pyriochos&quot;.<br />

Is this a common problem that Pandawill can solve? If so, how quickly it will notify Singapore airmail? If not, the product will be returned back to Pandawill?<br />

The provisioning system used by AT&amp;T cannot identify the IMEI number of the tablet.  As a result the PiPo M8 Pro 3G tablet can only find the AT&amp;T EDGE 2G network which operates at 850MHz.  This will only allow data speeds of 35 kbps to 90 kbps.  This is totally unworkable in today’s internet environment.  And, AT&amp;T has told me they are surprised the tablet will connect to their network at all.<br />
<br />
In order for the tablet to function in 3G mode, I need information that AT&amp;T can utilize in their provisioning system to properly identify the IMEI number of the PiPo M8 Pro tablet.  Perhaps the PiPo M8 is a clone of some other well known tablet (ie: Samsung, Asus, Acer, HTC, LG, Toshiba, ZTE or some other manufacturer).<br />

Anyway the rockchip dual core used 40nm process and the rk3188 used 28nm process like the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 and 800.<br />
If all they have to do is go smaller in the process size of the soc to get the blazing speed, then why don't they just stop horsing around and go to 5nm process pronto.<br />
Just thought this was a no brainer.</div>

I talked with customer service yesterday about changing the SKU on order #100554188 from sku41669 to sku41547. They asked me to pay an additional $25 to change it, which is correct (because the new phone cost $25 more). I sent the extra money through paypal.<br />
<br />
I didn't get any emails confirming that this change was done or that the item will be shipped. During the conversation colin kept telling me he couldn't find my moneybookers transaction ID from my original payment until the end of the conversation and then I guess he found it.<br />
<br />
They just said  &quot;BYE&quot; at the end. It didn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence. Can someone from Pandawill confirm in writing that the change has been done? <br />
<br />
Also the support mailbox was full.</div>

A month and a half ago I made my first order to Pandawill, I paid $50 for the Express Mailing Service, everything went good, but a couple days later my package was handled to the customs and was returned to PandaWill. After 2 weeks I haven´t know anything new, that made me think my package could be lost, but support keep saying that will resend when my items arrives to them like if they were thinking that I´m liying (they can track it and know I haven´t even saw the package), but they don´t tell me anything like they talked with the singapore post office (you can actually track it and see the package was returned to sender by the customs), so that means I paid $ 50 for nothing.<br />
<br />
If PandaWill resend won´t lost the items, and if the package is lost I think I have a warranty for that.<br />

I have bought a mobile phone i9220 PRO 5.3 Inch Smart Phone Android 4.0 MTK6577 Dual Core 3G GPS 8.0MP Camera – Black sku 33592. The WIFI and Bluetooth doesn’t  work. When I try to activate it there is a message that says: “to see available networks, turn Wi-Fi on”, but when I put ON it makes nothing. When I try to open Bluetooth, it’s the same: when I put on, there is a message “Turning Bluetooth on”, but less than a minute later the “off” is put automatically.<br />
<br />
I have bought two mobile phones at the same time (the same model), and one works perfectly ant this one no.<br />

Could you give me a solution?<br />

From selling without have in stock the products,bad customer service,sending defective products in hope<br />
that buyer will not claim his money,lying about shippment date and the list can go on, and on.<br />

What do not know Pandawill and other retailers is in that way you lose money with each unhappy customer.Sure every big company has unhappy customer but they solve with communication and repairing service many of them. <br />
For western civilization customer support is very important it show respect for customer money and told him<br />
&quot;Hey you are not alone we are with you.&quot;<br />
What do you think the customer will do next time? You guess will buy again from you if treated right.<br />
In marketing this is call &quot;customer fidelity&quot; and is responsible for future sales in the estimated proportion of<br />
28-35% for global bussines sale and that is a lot of future sales.<br />

On another hand i prefer to tell a cruel true instead of good lie? Don't you guys?<br />

The unit would display the link-create logo, then the android logo then the screen would go blank and display the link-create logo, then the android logo then repeat. I got the unit into the recovery mode and attempted to do a factory reset, but this process fails with error <br />

e:Failed to mount /nand (invalid argument) write dir :/nand error 4 <br />
e:Failed to mount /nand error 5 (Device or resource busy) write dir:/nand error 5. <br />
<br />
I tried applying update.zip from an sd card but it looks like the firmware I found elsewhere on this forum is an older version, as I get an error <br />

Bien el pedido #100511729 se componía de los siguientes productos &quot;sku21754&quot; y &quot;sku21755&quot; ambos son c300 phone uno azul y otro rojo, pues esta mañana cuando recibo el pedido en Jaen(españa) que hice el pasado 19/02/2013 me encuentro con que solo ha llegado el sku21754, me he puesto en contacto por el live chat con una tal carina y me ha dicho que no me han mandado el sku21755 por que no había stock, entonces le he comentado que no habia problema en cambiar por el sku21754 que si estaba en stock.<br />

Ahora viene mi pregunta ¿como se cuando me lo van a mandar y como hago el seguimiento si solo aparece en el estado de mi pedido #100511729 shipped?<br />

I did a factory reset and all was fine until 2 days or so later when it started to happen again only much more frequently and eventually much worse<br />

I'm having slight difficulty sending it back, apparently couriers cant send items with batteries in it and also postage is so expensive it's nearly not worth while (50-130euro) + pandawill seem to be horrible to deal with! <br />

I will think twice before i order something from Pandawill. <br />
- One phone ordered was returned to their store from China customs (???) and i have waited as a fool for 3-4 weeks. Nobody told me and tracking info did not update.<br />
- One tablet worth 150USD came with dead pixel - got refund for 15USD and now have stupid defective item i did not want<br />
- One tablet arrived with defective charger<br />
- Two Jiayu G3 are procesing for 4 weeks and items are in stock?<br />

I tried to download the firmware from the official site Sanei (site and download very slow!), And also download the program Live Suit needed to flash the firmware with Android 4.0.3. Well up to here's okay, I connect the tablet to PC, hold down the vol + and the power button and then be in front of the screen with the robot with the belly open with the warning signal (recovery mode). I open the program live suit after installing the drivers and I select the image file from the folder that contains it, I click on SYSTEM UPGRADE but I get a message immediately that says &quot;No device needs upgrades!&quot;<br />

The day of April 11, 2012 I purchased from you a Sanei N90, two days ago the tablet blocks on the opening screen of the boot, not loading the system anymore. I tried to download the firmware from the official site Sanei (site and download very slow!), And also download the program Live Suit needed to flash the firmware with Android 4.0.3. Well up to here's okay, I connect the tablet to PC, hold down the vol + and the power button and then be in front of the screen with the robot with the belly open with the warning signal (recovery mode). I open the program live suit after installing the drivers and I select the image file from the folder that contains it, I click on SYSTEM UPGRADE but I get a message immediately that says &quot;No device needs upgrades!&quot;<br />

That's from here I can not go on, I do not know what to do, I'm wrong some passage? something is wrong?<br />
Please help me! I would like to unlock this tablet!</div>
