Many sellers offers 1 year warranty but you won't get it if the factory stopped producing !
Unfortunately I sent different times goods back to pandawill and got this answer :(

Sometimes it's better to throw it away.

Wondering that I got other goods back and with so many scratches, sent brandnew and got a hard used device many times.
The returning service doesn't work since the beginning, I stopped dealing after 2-3years.
It's horrible to wait more than a half year to get the goods back and that I have to write 5x again to get an answer.
Always told you please make it better and gave you so many chances but it hasn't change in the last year, never.

Except Merrifield, the company will also release another 22nm CPU ---6331.
This two processors will mark the new generation CPU of Intel.
Both are disigned for Smartphones.
Merrifield is dual core and disigned for high-end market.
6331 is a single core CPU, mainly for low-end market.

Samsung Exynos 5 Octa , the first 8 core chipset , suggests the eight core era is coming.
It has two groups of cores.
Every group has 4 cores.
One group is based on 1.8GHz Cortex A15 and the other is 1.2GHz Cortex A7.
A15 group works for high-performance and A7 for low.
This disign ensures the high performance of the processor and the low power consumption perfectly at the same time.

Without question, 2013 will be a quad core year. As the chip makers launched quad core CPUs one after another, mobile device manufacturers are having a rat race in the quad core market. Since so many quad core products in the market and every manufacturer advertises their products as the best choice, how can we choose the right one? That is my purpose of this thread. I hope it can help you make the best choice instead of feeling lost through introducing several quad core CPUs.

First, have a look at this table.

CPU.jpg

All the 7 chips adopt Cortex-A architecture which includes A5,A7,A8,A9,A15, the performance is increased along with the number. From this way, Qualcomm APQ8064 is the most powerful CPU. And the 28nm manufacture processing also enhances the performance and reduces power consumption better. It is said that the Adreno 320 is the best GPU, and has the same graphics processing power with Microsoft XBOX 360 and SONY PS3.

In comprehensive performance, Exynos 4412 and Nvidia Tegra 3 are better than others, especially the stability. Nvidia Tegra 3 is the first produced quad core chip. But the 40 nm hinder itself behind Exynos 4412. However, its unique power-saving technology is worth mentioning. As we all know, the battery life of mobile devices is becoming shorter and shorter. Nvidia Tegra 3, first proposed the concept of 4 +1 core. That means in a CPU, there are 5 cores, 4 main cores work for the performance and the last core can work when phone is in the status of standby, telephone, text messaging and other basic operations. Due to its highest frequency is only 500MHz, it can significantly reduce the energy consumption.

Exynos 4412 is the second produced quad core CPU. Compared with Tegra 3, it makes progress in the manufacture processing and the performance is increased. Samsung 4412 is equipped with GPU Mali-400MP. Compared to dual-core Mali-400MP, 4412 upgraded the core frequency from previous 266MHz to 400MHz, the graphics processing power increased by 50%. However, the GPU has a big shortcoming----the compatibility. Compatibility issues will be reflected in some of the big games.

All winner A31 quad core chip is also powerful. The GPU SGX544MP2 has 8 logic cores. And you can visit here for more information.

Hisilicon K3V2 is developed by HUAWEI itself. K3V2 is a quad-core processor with 4 ARM CortexTM A9 cores, a 16-core super GPU and 64-bit memory system. According to the benchmark test results, K3V2 is the fastest application processor both in CPU and GPU. Huawei's newly announced flagship, Ascend D quad, is the first smartphone based on HiSilicon K3V2 AP.
So far, no other brand product is based on this chip except HUAWEI.

The Cortex-A9 and 28nm of RK3188 give the chip a advantage in power consumption. Meanwhile, Rk3188 and A31 have good audio effects.

MT6589 has a good cost-effective. THL W8 is based on this chip. 28nm manufacture process is not bad.

Conclusion:

In comprehensive performance and stability, Exynos 4412 and Nvidia Tegra 3 are good choices.
Qualcomm Snapdragon (APQ8064) is a very powerful CPU and exceed the above two chips in many aspects.
MT6589 is the most cost-effective chip.
A31 quad core CPU and eight core GPU make it a powerful chip. Shortcoming is only 40nm.
Hisilicon K3V2, a HUIWEI chip, Cortex A9 , 35 nm suggest it good performance.
RK3188: Cortex-A9 and 28nm tell us its not bad performance and good power consumption. Pipo M9 is the first tablet based on this chip.
