Tablet PC Based On MTK A8 Chip Will Be Released

MTK will release the A8 chip. As a famous company in mobile phone industry, MTK has many clients. The tablet PC chip from MTK is powerful in 3G and telephone calls.
The cost of the chips from mobile phone manufactures is cheaper than the chips based on A8 core and 3G module from China.

Rockchip and VIMC have failed to sell the smartphone. That is because the chip from mobile phone manufacture is powerful in 3G and telephone call.
I have experienced the tablet PC based on MTK chip from Shenzhen Mengtai, but I could not get all the configurations.

Configurations: 1GHz, 512M memory and 7-inch capacitive screen with dual-touch.

The model machine has all the functions such as 3G network, call function, GPS and Bluetooth. The boot time is about 10-12 seconds. Performance of the 3D is moderate.
The tablet PC may be launched with Android2.3 OS.
